Our relentless effort to make the most user-friendly digital solutions in the European e-tendering and procurement markets is continuing into 2021. By acquiring Negometrix, the market leader in e-tendering in the Netherlands, we instantly get market leading position in the buy-side pre-award market.
At the same time, we get the opportunity to leverage Mercell’s broad product portfolio into the supply side and post-award segments.
I am very excited by this acquisition. Founder Jan Siderius is a great inspiration to us. We truly admire what he has built, and we are both humbled and eager to build on this to accomplish our common goal, to tap into the ever-increasing strategic value of purchasing.
