A Tender Contest with Negotiations Reserved Non-Profit Organisations for a Service Agreement and Operation Contract for Ammerudlunden Nursing Home

The contract includes the operation of Ammerudlunden nursing home containing 73 long-term accommodations. The accomodations are divided between 67 ordinary accommodations and 6 strengthen Meticillin Resistente Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) accommodations. The procurement is reserved for non-profit service providers, cf. PPR§ § 2-4 letter h, and the non statutory access to reservation in accordance with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries’ guideline to the regulations for public procurements of 7.12.2017. A service performance agreements shall be signed for the operation of a nursing home with long-term nursing accommodations. The contract period is 8 + 1 + 1 + 1 years. The provider shall operate and maintain the demised premise during the contract period. The operation and maintenance service is particularly governed by the operation and maintenance agreement.
