Evaluation of Standard Area and Function Programme for New Primary and Secondary Schools in Oslo “Buildings for Learning”

The aim of the post-evaluation is to document and compare user experiences from schools built in accordance with “Buildings for Learning”. This shall give increased knowledge on how schools designed in accordance with the standard programme function and how they promote and hamper learning and well-being for pupils, teachers and employees. The post-evaluation shall assess the results against the targets in the standard programme “Buildings for Learning” that are behind the requirements and guidelines. The experience shall benefit the Agency for Education and users in the work of developing new and adapting existing schools. The evaluation shall form the basis for the Agency for Education's proposals for any changes to the standard programme.
