A new basic hall shall be built for gymnastics, west of the existing Skihallen at Ski idrettspark [Ski Sports Park].
The building shall consist of four floors plus basement, and shall contain a basic hall (25m x 45 m) activity hall, mobility room, storage, changing rooms, foyers with kiosk facilities, offices and meeting section. In connection with the hall, an internal grandstand shall also be built to accommodate approx. 480 people. The building appears as a large and homogeneous, and will be partially underground. The combined area (GFA) is approx. 3 700 m2, footprint of approx. 2 000 m2. Requirement specification, drawings and description are in the attached tender documents.
Subject to application for general permission being approved. The framework application will be sent during May and has a 12 week processing time. The tenderer’s must note that the deadline for submission of Sport functional pre approval is 1 October in order to obtain inter-municipal lottery funds for the project.
