Sykehusinnkjøp HF 916879067 Postboks 40 Vadsø 9811 Vibecke Lindøen +47 91851714 vibecke.lindoen@sykehusinnkjop.no https://permalink.mercell.com/80839295.aspx http://www.sykehusinnkjop.no/ Procurement of a complete HD 3D endoscopic rack for Helse Bergen HF, Haukeland University Hospital, KSK, Thorax Surgical Section 2018/17 Sykehusinnkjøp HF would like, on behalf of Helse Bergen HF, to enter into a procurement contract for 1 complete HD 3D endoscopic rack for the Thorax Surgical Section, Surgical Service Clinic at Haukeland University Hospital. The equipment shall include a light source, processor, 2 monitors, insufflation/pump and a framework agreement for endoscopic equipment. The equipment must include 1 semi-rigid 30 degree 5-10 mm HD 3D video laparoscope with 360 degrees rotation and 1 HD 3D video laparoscope with a flexible tip. 1400000.00 The Thorax Surgical Section has a lot of endoscopic equipment with a remaining lifetime and we would like a flexible system that enables continued use of the existing endoscopic equipment. The 3D equipment shall be used in various complex thorax surgeries. The 3D video laparoscope with a flexible tip shall be used in open heart surgery and aorta surgery. Semi-rigid rotatable 3D video laparoscopes are used in lung surgery, pectus and other thorax surgical interventions. Helse Bergen, c/o the Thorax Surgical Section, has a lot of endoscopic equipment with a remaining lifetime and we would like a flexible system that will allow continued use of the existing endoscopic equipment. The hospital currently uses endoscopic equipment from Olympus Norge AS in the section. The theatres in question currently own many semi-rigid endoscopes with a remaining lifetime/depreciation time worth many millions of Norwegian crowns. The value of the light sources, processors, insufflation and monitors will come in addition. All the existing endoscopes will be compatible with the new processor and light source. This gives a considerable degree of flexibility that we would like to maintain. The users will require both 3D and 2D semi-rigid endoscopes during the same operation. Equipment from different suppliers cannot be used together with the same processor and light source. If the available and necessary equipment is not compatible with each other, the efficiency and safety will be reduced. A lack of compatibility between equipment will increase the risk of failure in patient treatment and patient injuries can occur. Ensuring safe patient treatment is at the core of the hospital's general responsibility. Patient safety prevents and limits patient injuries. This ought, therefore, to be seen as an additional delivery to partly replace and expand the existing installations, cf.
