2018-09 Project management for the commitment 'Tourism, food and culture in Møre og Romsdal'

Møre og Romsdal County has, in cooperation with Innovasjon Norge Møre og Romsdal and the County Governor in Møre og Romsdal c/o the Agriculture Department, carried out a preliminary project that uncovered a large potential in business and community development in the intersection between tourism, culture, and food.

A three-year commitment will be started in 2018, based on the finds and insight from this work. The project is owned by Møre og Romsdal County and financed in cooperation with the County Governor in Møre og Romsdal and Innovasjon Norge.

A large anchorage in business is decisive for the project. This occurs through close and broad cooperation between the business actors within tourism, culture, seafood and 'land food', with the public policy apparatus playing an important role as executor, co-player, connector and with the financing of the project.
