The assignment consists of assisting the Ministry of Justice and Public Security with corporate governance of the project, up until the completion date. The hired consultant shall have a consulting role for JD and shall mainly:
— Assist JD with good professional advice on project corporate governance and building competence.
— Assist JD with the preparation and implementation of project board meetings in the project.
