In order to follow-up retailers, provide better service and optimise communication, Norsk Tipping uses various forms of sales services as a supplement to Norsk Tipping employees. Norsk Tipping shall enter into a framework agreement for each of the following service areas:
Service area 1: Sales services in shops
— Sales services and shop activities aimed at Norsk Tipping's dealers nationwide.
Service area 2: Mystery Shopping
— Anonymous follow-up of retailers nationwide through the use of mystery shoppers.
Service area 3: Telephone follow-up
— Follow-up of product launches, campaigns and activities in the retailer network via telephone.
Tenderers must have the capacity to cover the entire country for service areas 1 and 2.
Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the service areas.
