The procurement.
Østfold County, in cooperation with municipalities in Østfold (henceforth referred to as participants) and option partners would like to enter into a framework agreement regarding fuel and transport related accessories.
The participants in the procurement co-operation (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) are listed in point 2.1.2.
The agreement shall also include future alternative products within corresponding range of products.

Hvaler municipality, Halden municipality Eidsberg municipality, Fredrikstad municipality, Sarpsborg municipality, Marker municipality, Rakkestad municipality.
