The Ministry of Taxation has established an Implementation Center for Customs (ICT). The primary task of ICT is to initiate to comply with the EU ‘Union Customs Code’ (‘UCC’), thus t conduct the modernisation and digitisation of the customs area. Among other purposes this process has been In this connection ICT intends to conduct a market dialogue on general and strategic topics related to the modernisation and digitisation of the customs area. The purpose of the market dialogue is described in Section II.2.4) below and in the ‘Market Dialogue Document’, which can found on the address provided in Section I.3). To participate in the market dialogue economic operators are required to submit a response to the questionnaire in Appendix 1 to the market dialogue document. The response to the questionnaire should be in English and should be submitted to the address provided in Section I.1) no later than the 13.6.2017. The procedure for participating is described in Section VI.3).
