IVAR IKS shall expand the existing Langevatn water treatment plant with new processes (ozonation and bio filtration) and increased capacity. The ozone gas for the process shall be produced at the facility, based on liquid oxygen (LOX). The estimated annual consumption of LOX is 700 tonnes.
The assignment comprises:
1. Engineering design, delivery and installation of:
— 2 individual oxygen tank installations with joint supply lines to the plant.
— Instrumentation for measuring the H2O content in the gas.
— Motor operated valves and manual valves for controlling the supply of the oxygen gas to a H2O measuring instrument.
— Pressure regulator valves for the control of the oxygen gas pressure for the water treatment plant.
— Necessary detailed engineering and necessary detailed drafts for production and installation, including works drafts for a concrete foundation for the tank and a parking area for tank vehicles.
Alternative prices are asked for the purchase or hire of a tank facility.
2. Supply of LOX for the tank facility for a period of 5 years.
