The Norwegian Environment Agency would like a framework agreement with a tenderer for analyses of hazardous substances in products. The framework agreement will include analyses of substances that are banned/regulated in Norwegian legislation, as well as mapping non-regulated substances that are relevant for the regulation work. The relevant rules are the product regulations (including RoHS and POPs), REACH annex XVII, the regulations on toys (including standards), as well as substances on the candidate list and the Norwegian priority list.

The analyses will mainly be carried out on solid processed products, where the materials can be different textiles, leather, metals, plastic and rubber.

The contract extent will be approx. 2-5 analysis projects per annum, there can be a need for different analyses in each project. 1 project can, for example, consist of 50-100 samples, with each sample being analysed for 1 or several substances or substance groups. In addition to the projects, there will be a need for continual individual analyses.
