The EU project ’Growth through foreign highly skilled employees’ supports companies based in Denmark in their effort to attract and recruit international highly skilled specialists to positions in Denmark. The overall frame is branding ‘Greater Copenhagen as an attractive career destination’ and expose relevant international high tech candidates to the relevant specialist jobs in this region. The concrete KPI is thus matchmaking and job creation in the Greater Copenhagen region.
As part of the overall project, we are about to run a new form of talent attraction initiative called ‘Targeted Talent Attraction Campaign’. This project is based on the fact that companies within the same sector often have similar recruitment needs and therefore will benefit by joining forces and making a joint talent attraction campaign in order to increase the pool of relevant candidates looking to Denmark for future career opportunities. This will serve three main purposes – 1) Increased and cost efficient international branding of career in the games industry in Greater Copenhagen and 3) secure a future talent pipeline by the creation of a Talent pool with specific competence profiles needed in the games industry in Greater Copenhagen.
For this project we are looking for an experienced media agency to develop the channel strategy and run the operational part of the campaign.
