•Network Operation (WAN/LAN,WLAN)
•Desktop management
•License management (tools and functionality)
•Servicedesk
•Service integrator role
Within all service domains, the Customer is looking to buy fully managed, “all inclusive” services. Further information is described in Appendix A; Customer Draft - scope of delivery
