DONG Energy is looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) solution to support the operation of the technical power and gas workforce. It is within the scope of the WFM project to make sure that Dispatchers and Technicians receive a solution which enables them to attend to the right work orders and operations in the right order and within the right time frame. A number of parameters support the selection of right work orders and operations, and the WFM solution shall support an efficient optimisation and dispatch functionality.
