NSM needs support of work processes connected to the areas of: Wages, Personnel/HR, Purchasing/Logistics, Accounting, Budget/Business Management and Management Information. The procured Agresso system shall be used and there will be a need for assistance related to the following areas:
— strategic, functional and technical consulting;
— architecture, configuration and system development;
— course, training and other competence raising measures;
— trouble shooting, error recovery and other maintenance;
— implementation (and purchase) of new functionality, new modules in accordance with licensing.
