GIEKs reception and telephone exchange is staffed by hired resources. This is a very visible and profiled function in GIEK, both internally and externally, and we would therefore like to establish a contract with a service provider who can offer one permanent person to serve this function. The contract will be a framework agreement for 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 year.
