The contracting authority has a separate activity of developing/further developing internal trade applications in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. As the amount of work is more than the available internal resources, the contracting authority must have assistance in this work from hired consultancy resources.
The contracting authority would like to enter into five separate framework agreements, each with 1 to 3 service providers, so-called parallel framework agreements.
The competition is for the following five framework agreements (called lots):
