Tidligere offentliggjort udbud har måttet delvis annulleres grundet manglende konkurrence som følge af manglende egnede ansøgninger. De omfattede delaftaler, hvor det vurderes at der ikke kan opretholdes en effektiv konkurrence er:

delaftale 5 — glarmester
delaftale 7 — gulvbelægning
delaftale 8 — tagdækning og
delaftale 15 — glasalufacade.
Delaftalerne 4, 5, 7 og 8 genudbydes, da det forventes at der herved kan skabes en forbedret konkurrencesituation. Delaftale 15 genudbydes ikke, da universitets behov herfor er blevet ændret.
