The Contractor offers joint rigging and operational services for the construction of the New National Museum, through 2 contracts, K102 and K101.
K102 includes: (the stated services are not exhaustive — the description applies):
— Delivery and establishment of systems for security and access control;
— Security guard services, camera surveillance;
— Access control;
K101 includes as a guide:
— Container barracks;
— Fences;
— Bars/road barriers;
— Gate;
— Signage;
— Waste management;
— Clearing (beyond clearing after own work included in each contract).;
— Provisional construction HVAC;
— Provisional power system;
— Telecommunication — and computer network;
— WI-FI;
— Evacuation system;
— General illumination — (executor is responsible for working light);
— Water and sewerage systems;
— Administrative performance of logistics monitoring;
— Various equipment for managing logistics such as telescope forklift, forklift and construction lifts.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property [Statsbygg] will have it's own rigging coordinator who will follow up K101 and K102 and the accompanying interface.
In this contract the contractor shall provide a manager to administer their own activities and manage the security guard services together with the Contractor. Assistance shall also be provided for consultancy services that cover the planning and development of security guard services at the construction site.
