Prosjekt E6 Indre Nordnes – Skardalen consists of the stretch Manndalen to Monssastubergan, which is located in Kåfjord municipality in Troms county. Olderdalen is the municipal centre in Kåfjord municipality and is located approx. 33 km from Manndalen. The eastern tunnel entrance that is located in Manndalen is approx. 14 km along the E6 from the western tunnel entrance Monsastubergan.
The contract (K01) consists of the construction of Nordnes tunnel 5 818 metres, T9.5 782 metres in the open air, as well as a new concrete slab bridge over Manndalselva, founded on piles, length approx, 100 metres.
