Ordregiver har lavet en grundig revurdering af anskaffelsesbehovet og konstateret at det er væsentligt mindre end først antaget. Endvidere er der vedtaget en ny strategi for de udbudte ydelser og som følge af dette er behovet for de 2 nævnte rammeaftaler bortfaldet.
