Sarpsborg municipality has discovered that it is uncertainty among the tenderers if the tender competition actually involves delivery of toners, ink and ergonomic products, as this group was not listed in the tender documents' appendix 6; price form.
Sarpsborg municipality has considered if it is possible to change the tender documents in such a way that it correspond with the tender notice and the requested products without a considerably alteration of the extent of the tender competition. Sarpsborg municipality has decided that it is impossible to carry out the competition without major amendments of all of the documents included in the tender competition and has therefore, in accordance with §22-1 (1) in the Public Procurement Regulations (FOR-2006-04-07-402), decided to cancel the tender competition:
Ǥ 22-1. Cancellation of tender competition and total rejection.
(1) The Contracting Authority can cancel the tender competition instantly if a justifiable basis is present.»
Sarpsborg municipality finds the description listed above justifies the cancellation of the tender competition.
