The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) would like assistance with the implementation of various GIS related assignments that are either being planned, in the start-up phase or in progress. The assistance will mainly be system development and programming for GIS analyses and tools. NVE would like to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider, cf. the public procurement regulations § 6-2.
The volume of consultancy services is estimated to 3 000 000 NOK for the contract period.
