A fully integrated automated high content screening system is required for a wide range of applications as studies of chromatin replication, which includes quantitative analysis of single DNA molecules as well as cell cycle and mitosis analysis. Due to the many varied needs of the research group and the specific requirements of this field of research, the group is looking to purchase a highly flexible and modular widefield high content screening system. The system must be a well-established robust widefield imaging platform and future upgradeable in order to accommodate also other needs of the researchers at BRIC as applications change in the future. We need a top of the line system in order to compete and to collaborate with the best institutes worldwide and active high international visibility as a front line group in chromatin and replication research.
