Moss Municipality hereby invites suppliers to an open tender contest for the purchase of tools and implementation of employee surveys in Moss Municipality. Award authority requests tenders from companies with the professional, technical, resource and financial basis necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. Submission of the tender:
All tenders shall be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders.
