Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for the refurbishment of two fully electric magnet transfer sets including the replacement of the electrical system and control software whilst keeping the same characteristics, functionality and existing steel structure. The sets are devices that utilise servomotors and a trapezoidal mechanism to lift, transfer, and position 35-ton magnets (17.5 tons per table) and are operated via a radio controller.
