The tenderer will provide real estate services in connection with the sale of the O2 house in Ogndalsvegen 2, 7713 Steinkjer. The tenderer with the offered personnel is expected to carry out the sale of the O2 building in a satisfactory manner. Furthermore, the offered personnel are expected to provide general consultancy, including strategic assessments, with regard to the sale of the property. It is preferred that the property is sold at the highest possible price and within a reasonable time. The tenderer must contribute in all parts of the sales process.
