The Norwegian Roads Administration, Transport and Society, Development East, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) would like to receive tender offers for the delivery of consultancy services for the preparation of area and transport analyses in connection with the Urban Growth Agreement for the Oslo area. Work relating to the Urban Growth Agreement requires analyses in connection with planned renegotiation of Oslo package 3. There may also be a need to coordinate the content of the overall analysis in the work relating to the Urban Growth Agreement with input from the research assignment for NTP, which is expected to be ready at the end of January 2023.
