The agreement covers all necessary subject areas to prepare a complete cost estimate for renovation projects. LCC calculation may also occur. The cost calculation must be included in either a single stage or for several stages; Preliminary project, Detailed engineering design for contracting and implementation, completion, and operational stage. In each project, it will be agreed if both the cost calculation and LCC calculation shall be performed.
