Ignitis, UAB (hereinafter – Ignitis or the Borrower) is the part of Ignitis group. As the working capital of Ignitis has increased significantly due to the rise of electric energy and natural gas prices, Ignitis seeks trade financing facility of up to EUR 300 million.
Ignitis would like to invite you to submit a binding offer on the trade finance facility.

The main terms of the service are as follows:
  • Type of facility: trade financing facility with cash drawings;
  • Trade finance limit of up to EUR 300,000,000;
  • Up to 24 months tenor of facility;
  • Up to 150 days tenor of cash loans;
  • Variable interests (3 month EURIBOR plus the Margin).
