The contest is for a contract for the delivery of a new telephony system for Frogn, Vestby, and Ås Municipalities. The municipalities would like the best possible telephone system at the best possible price. We need a general telephone system that can replace all of the current systems and seamlessly serve all three municipalities. The system must be based on Teams telephony, possibly with a 3rd party product built in. The municipalities have decided that there is need for a future orientated and cost efficient telephony system The background for this is that the telephony systems in the municipalities are of varying quality and types. They are all expensive to run, support from the supplier has ceased, or will cease soon, and there is a lack of functionality. The municipalities currently have a technological debt that means that the equipment no longer has support nor that spare parts are made.
