The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase and hire of AV equipment. The framework agreement shall cover the municipality's needs for equipment for both existing buildings and new buildings, and applies to, among other things, the purchase of meeting room equipment (sound, image, video equipment, etc.), interactive AV equipment, engineering, installation, training and service.
