The CO Program is a program whose primary objective is to promote and prepare for a smoother integration of resettled refugees into the Norwegian society through cultural orientation classes, normally provided before their departure to Norway. The classes prepare them for the initial adjustment period after their arrival in Norway, addressing unrealistic expectations, and providing them with a better springboard for their future life and integration in Norway.
