Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for the provision of production testing services for the front-end ASICs of the CMS Outer Tracker Phase-II upgrade, including cover test software development for three different ASICs on about 1000 wafers, test hardware development, production wafer level testing, wafer handling and logistics services as well as yield analysis and reporting.

Interested firms shall have a proven experience and competence in wafer testing as well as related software and hardware development.
