The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement that includes treatment service and transport of garden waste at our garden waste reception at Heggstadmoen in Trondheim. The garden waste reception is open year round, but in the period 1 November — 30 March it is the winter period with lower activity. The garden waste reception is manned by personnel from the contracting authority. The service assignment will consist of the following: — regular milling of garden waste in the contracting authority´s area, — loading the milled matter, — transporting milled matter from the contracting authority´s area, — composting milled matter at an approved facility. The way that the garden waste is composted shall ensure that blacklisted seeds do not survive the process. The contracting authority receives Christmas trees that must be milled in January/February at the garden waste area. This is approx. 8 tonne — 10 tonne each year.
