The state administrator in Trøndelag shall offer a study within administrative law, legal method and health law. The study will make up 15 study points. The County Governors are monitoring and inspecting the municipal health and care services, and works on development within the municipal health and care services. Some of the development work has been a part of the governmental programmes Competency Plan 2020 and Care Plan 2020.
