The procurement concerns an engineering design group that will continue the politically approved concept for Hvalstad school until the preliminary project and tender basis for the turnkey contract. Hvalstad school will be expanded from a temporary three parallel primary school to a permanent four parallel. The project includes new addition as well as some reconstruction in the existing school building. The project also includes outdoor work. Among other things, a new main access, new employee parking, new activity areas/social meeting places, surface water and Water and Sewage.
