The contest is for the provision of land planning and social planning services. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement. The procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period. See the procurement documents for further information. Groups: Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders. Group 1: Land planning. Group 2: Social planning.
