Dynamic Purchasing System for procurement of vehicle sharing services

Kolumbus AS intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system in order to procure vehicle sharing services. The system will facilitate vehicle sharing to gain a solid foothold and quick growth at Nord-Jæren by establishing a network of shared (electric)vehicles that will be deployed at specific locations in collaboration with public and private actors. The vehicles in the network will be made digitally available for individuals and businesses through Kolumbus’ app, so other mobility services are also visible. Kolumbus will not own the vehicles, but will instead take the role of marketing coordinator and facilitate good connections between area (property owner), shared vehicles (operators) and customers (residents) in a common network.
