The procurement is for technology that supports education. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of educational technology, consultancy services, and the necessary/wanted training. The school sector needs a framework agreement and a partnership with a qualified tenderer with solid school knowledge and competence, both as regards the available technology and its appropriate use. New technology can also challenge attitudes and allowances for personal protection conditions. The contracting authority's partner/consultant must contribute to seeing the connection in the development.
