This is a Request for proposal (hereinafter
RFP) from
SEB.
SEB - means the company, or companies, in the SEB Group in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
Your company is hereby invited to provide the proposal for Speech recognition technology.
SEB is seeking proposals from firms to provide Automatic Speech recognition, Speech and text analytics and Text to Speech technology that would help to optimize the Call center activities and improve customer experience.
The overall solution should cover two use cases:
-Voicebot in IVR, preferably integrated with SEB's existing conversational AI solution;
-Analytics software for verbal and written communication.
