The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into framework agreements for consultancy services in infrastructure and IT operation. The contract will cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contract can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
The requested competence must be delivered as competence assignments, and it will be decided for each individual call-off whether the assignment is to be delivered as assistance in accordance with SSA-B, or as an assignment in accordance with SSA-O.
The specialist area of infrastructure is divided into the following specialist areas:
• interaction services,
• platform services,
• client services,
• access services,
• network services,
• basic services.
The Contracting Authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-5 tenderers, provided that we receive a sufficient number of tenders.
