Prior Information Notice — Invitation to Market Survey (RFI) — Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Specialised Interaction Systems

The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) c/o Norwegian Public Procurement Centre intends to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for specialised interaction systems during spring 2021. In this connection a market survey is now being carried out. The purpose of this prior information notice is to give the market warning that a DPS for specialised interaction systems will be published shortly, and thereby give the suppliers the opportunity to provide their input before the procurement. At the same time there is a need to collect information in relation to ensuring the system gives the greatest possible needs coverage and goal achievement, and in order to reduce risk for both the contracting authority and suppliers in the procurement.
