A continuous contract shall be signed that must cover the contracting authority´s need for: 1) IPVPN-based WAN and related services, between the contracting authority´s locations and between the contracting authority's and selected partners´ locations, 2) Dark fibre lines between selected locations; 3) Layer 2 connections between selected locations; 4) Communication lines for centralised internet access with related services that must cover significant parts of the contracting authority's locations; 5) Local communication lines for internet access for the contracting authority´s locations that are not covered by the above point, 6) DNS services; and 7) Relevant consultancy services. The contracting authority has currently more than 60 locations spread over the entire mainland of Norway, as well as an office in Longyearbyen, Svalbard. See the tender documentation and annexes
