The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of strategic and operative communication services with one tenderer. DFØ's different divisions have many different communication needs and projects of varying sizes, target groups and time perspectives. DFØ can have a need for simple communication assistance that can be used when there is a need for extra resources. Examples of assistance are general communication advice, strategic communication planning, or help with the implementation of concrete measures.
