Procurement of one (1) weather radar and one (1) optional weather radar The Finnish Meteorological Institute (later FMI) has intention to replace one existing radar and to expand its weather radar network by one new radar site. Therefore FMI requests your tenders for one (1) C-band weather radar and for one (1) optional, additionally purchased, C-band weather radar and related services as detailed in this Invitation to Tender and its appendices. Purchasing of the optional radar is dependent on the funding. The contract period concerning the supply of goods shall start once the contract has been signed and end when the contractual duties have been performed.
