Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice — Extension for a Framework Agreement Regarding Builder's Insurance Services

Nye Veier AS intends to extend the builder's insurance service agreement (CAR) with Gjensidige Forsikring ASA based on the Public Procurement Regulations' § 28-1 (1) d. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak the market situation for the services covered by the agreement is currently so uncertain that Nye Veier AS considers it impossible to carry out a tender procedure that results in signing a new contract on ordinary market terms. The conditions for using the Public Procurement Regulations' § 28-1 (1) are therefore fulfilled. The publication for call for tenders for the ongoing agreement can be found here: https://doffin.no/Notice/Details/2016-228327 The current 4 years agreement period including extension expires 31 December 2020. Nye Veier is planning to extend the agreement for 1 year.
