Request for Information (RFI) Regarding Consultancy Services for Acquisition of Tactical Datalink Systems for the Danish Navy

Within the next few years the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) plans to procure a number of Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems for the Danish Navy. Prior to the procurement of the TDL systems DALO intends to acquire consultancy services. It is expected that the consultant shall act as a costumer friend and TDL Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the acquisition process, thus supporting and facilitating DALO and the users in the entire acquisition process of the TDL systems. As part of the preparation of the tender regarding purchasing of consultancy services DALO would like to gather information about the current TDL consultancy market. The purpose of this request for information is to understand how the best possible tender and contract can be arranged both for DALO and for the suppliers.
