The objective of the agreement is to enter into an agreement for maintenance of Documentum. Documentum shall be used for storage and retrieval of documents for the criminal case process for the Norwegian Police and other units in the justice sector.
The contracting authority's overall target of the contract concerning maintenance services for Documentum is:
— a reliable and secure operation of the contracting authority's system and all associated software,
— full licence coverage in accordance with the contracting authority's needs,
— assistance for further optimization and improvement of the contracting authority's system.
